PRACTICAL
Sometimes you just need a space to talk through the day to day challenges, be it parenting, work, or the pressures of having to get everything done. At these times we zoom in on helpful tools that work for your brain to manage life. This can help bring clarity and confidence to the days of overwhelm and paralysis, all in a space created to help you catch your breath.

TRANSFORMATIONAL
Other times we zoom out to look at the bigger picture and address the underlying reasons for the challenges we face. Here we explore how your symptoms may be related to your past, help you better understand your brain and body’s reaction to traumatic experiences and ways to cope and heal.
My style is relational and tailored to your needs. I use a trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming lens every time we meet. Click to learn more about my approach.
What to Expect
Initial free 15 minute consultation.
Fill out paperwork to help me get to know you better and understand practice policies.
Intake session.
I typically allocate 90 minutes for the intake session for individual therapy. Here we will go more in depth about your background and why you’re seeking therapy. This session is more for a general overview of your symptoms and experiences. Often people don’t feel ready or that it’s too overwhelming to go into traumatic experiences in the beginning of therapy. I am sensitive to that and don’t push you to share things you’re not ready to share.
Determine goals and best treatment options.
Schedule weekly 50 minute sessions.

Initial intake (90 minutes): $275
Individual sessions (55 minutes): $190

I am not in-network with any insurance companies. If you have out of network benefits, I can provide you with the receipt needed to submit to your insurance company for partial reimbursement.

Sessions are held in person in my office in Highland Park, NJ or online as long as you are in NJ at the time of our session.

I like to start off by meeting weekly then we can discuss if less frequent meetings would be beneficial.
